Luxury Corner 1 Bedroom W Residence With Fantastic Intercoastal Views, Pool & Hot Tub Accommodation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

The property offers an outdoor infinity pool with a pool bar, open all year, plus a separate hot tub/Jacuzzi. Sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas are provided for poolside relaxation, with pool/beach towels available to guests. A fitness centre includes fitness classes and yoga sessions, while wellness facilities include a spa and wellness centre, spa facilities, and a massage chair. The heated pool and the infinity edge are operational during all seasons, ensuring year-round use of water amenities. The west pool and hot tub are frequently praised for their view and relaxation value. The residence pool is the designated area for apartment guests, lacking the bar and DJ service of the main hotel pool. Beach access is directly from the property, with a beach fee charged separately by the hotel. The beach chairs provided are available for use, though the fee structure may add to the overall cost of a beach day. On-site bicycle rental and car hire are available for nearby exploration, but require additional charges.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property, including in the residences. Private parking is offered on-site, with valet parking and an electric vehicle charging station for those with EVs. For check-in and departure, express check-in/check-out and luggage storage are available. Laundry facilities are present, and the in-unit washer/dryer complements the hotel's laundry service. Meeting/banquet facilities are available for events, but are not the primary purpose of the residence. The hotel is non-smoking throughout, with designated non-smoking rooms only. Air conditioning and heating are provided in the apartment for climate control. Lifts and key card access are standard, and 24-hour security and smoke alarms are in place for safety. A one-time cleaning fee is applied, which some guests find costly; the fee for a two-hour cleaning is suggested to be around $100. Toilet paper is provided, but may not be as well-stocked as advertised, so having a backup is recommended.

The hotel sits directly on Fort Lauderdale Beach, offering direct beachfront access and intercoastal views. A 2-minute walk gets to the sandy shoreline, while the International Swimming Hall of Fame is 17 minutes away on foot. The property is well placed for boating activities, with water sports and charter options nearby. The neighborhood has many dining options, from casual to upscale, within walking distance. The host/reception staff is described as very pleasant and helpful, assisting with inquiries. The location is praised for its walkability to restaurants and nightlife, making it a base for exploring the area. The beach is a key attraction, but the hotel charges a separate beach fee, which is considered expensive by some guests. The views from the residence, especially at sunset, are a memorable part of the stay. For longer stays, the proximity to boating and water activities is an advantage.
